Job Objective
- Prepare all related company’s reporting for stakeholders with strong analysis, high reliability and accuracy.
- Prepare feasibility studies for new store, remodel & lease extension
- Prepare store’s analysis report for Ahold Delhaize and/or LSI purpose
- Cost analysis for store level
- Maintain store database for further analysis
- Any ad hoc report or project that related to investment

Job Requirements
- Bachelor/Master degree in Accounting or Finance from reputable university
- 2-3 years experiences with at least 1 year experience in related field
- Preferable experienced in Big 4 KAP
- Have financial model experience is an advantage
- Proficient in English is a must
- Strong in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- Have knowledge in Retail or FMCG will be advantage
- Strong data gathering & analysis with high attention to detail
