• Indirect Procurement Pricing Management Supervisor is responsible to create and maintain pricing and contract management to ensure record accuracy while creating reporting system to improve Indirect Procurement performance. Ensure pricing data received from other department/division in line with company policy and procedures. Indirect Procurement Pricing Management Supervisor also responsible to ensure pricing input accuracy and process in each pricing area

1. Responsible to create price input process and price update request

2. Ensure and coordinate of each price input process and price update request

3. Ensure source data and knows the differences of each pricing type before agree to updated or input the price

4. Responsible to review, maintain and manage pricing data reporting

5. Responsible of pricing data accuracy and complete information, before data uploaded in the system

6. Identify opportunities and improvement plan for pricing management system

7. Prepare and manage pricing management reports on daily basis



Job Requirements

- Minimum 1 year experience in procurement or supply chain management

- Excellent problem solving, attention to detail and result oriented

- Have experience with SAP process (FICO/MM preferably)

- Capable to work base on priority basis to comply the company target achievement

- Strong in administration and reporting

- Capable to work independently or in a team

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
