Job Objective

  • Aiming to drive Private Brand growth and ensure competitive positioning. Responsible for review, analyze, give recommendation, and implement the effective strategy, development, and performance tracking of private label brands within the portfolio.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive Private Brand Growth Conduct comprehensive analysis and reporting on the current state of private brand, offering actionable insights and recommendations
  • Examine external data and research to deliver data-driven strategic analysis for stakeholders
  • Evaluate competitor activities, promotions, and pricing strategies to provide strategic insights
  • Assess the competitiveness of private brand pricing and advise buyers on negotiation strategies with suppliers
  • Commercial/Promotion Planning
  • Build the strategy and proposed promotion activity calendar
  • Collaborate with buyers to develop NPD’s Go-to-market strategy and share the result, including post launch review analysis
  • Coordinate with cross function team to identify, track, and integrate promotion activities and initiatives
  • Analyze and deliver insights on private brand attributes, including design, packaging, claims compliance, and comparisons with national brands and other private brands
  • Develop and recommend initiatives to enhance private brand awareness, consideration, and customer loyalty
  • Review and propose strategies to improve market penetration of private brand categories based on thorough analysis
