• Expansion Surveyor is responsible t o finding prospective locations to supports the growth of the company through expansion.
• Builds network with developers, prospective landlords, and government officials to get the earliest information of any possibilities of new business opening sites (including location and environment survey).
• Prepares feasibility study to identified locations, Organizes identified location visits with the decision makers.

• 1. Finding new locations for corporate expansion by regions based on the information from:
• Local community surroundings
• Internet browsing
• Brokers' services
• Networks with prospective landlords, developers, government
• Real estate exhibitions / launching events
• 2. Surveying the location and observing the environment around
• 3. Ensuring all documentations of the location are well-organized
• 4. Conducting survey with immediate superior to have first prospect meeting with the owner

Requirements

• Bachelor degree from any major.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and passive English is required.
• Have experience in technical or civil engineering.
• Ability to operate Microsoft Office proficiently.
• Strong negotiation skills are required.
• High flexibility and willing to mobile.
