• Manage the continuity of Indirect Procurement Activity running well to support the Store needs for CAPEX; Ensures all activities conducted in line with company policy and procedures; Understanding of retail products manufactured and services; Establish and maintain compliances of procurement ethics code

• 1. Sourcing Vendors to join for the Tender process.
• 2. Prepare of Bill Quantity for requirement for Tender process.
• 3. Ensure Purchase Order (PO) issued and Monitor delivery as per schedule.
• 4. Cost saving orientation and achieve the target.
• 5. Prepare & Control of Contract document complete.
• 6. Reporting to Head of Indirect Procurement (CAPEX) relate to the Procurement Daily activities.
• 7. Assist the Superior if needed

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree with strong background from Technical is more preferable
• Min. GPA of 3.00
• Min. 2 years experience in purchasing Department, with retail industry background is an advantage
• Strong in communication skills
• Familiar with Negotiation & Purchase Order process
