Job Objective

Responsible for maintaining and creating continuous improvement for the processes of inventory control, quality assurance, operational accuracy audits, store claims, WH Master Data Maintenance and food safety in the supply chain. There are regular and required cross functional communications within PT Lion Super Indo as well with vendors. The goal of the role is to ensure transparency of quality across supply chain operations guarding the levers of quality, temperature, cross contamination. High level of importance is placed on being able to supervise others through the process and creating continuity through cross training and development of the staff.

Job Responsibilities

1. Quality Assurance

Administering the PT Lion Super Indo specifications at receipt with a team of inspectors
Communications with stakeholders on inventory quality and volume
Departmental record keeping

2. Inventory Control

Maintaining a system of inventory management with a counting team (cycle counting)
Manage variance controls between the physical inventory and financial inventory system (reconciliation process)
Ensuring proper research for inventory variances and issues that operations reports
Responsible for process and responses to external audit groups

3. Distribution Audit Process

Maintaining & evolve audit process that is current within distribution center operations
Expanding audit process to other processes that are operational in the supply chain as priorities develop
Maintain & evolve reporting that relate to accuracy of supply chain operations

4. Store claims

Ensure timely execution of activities related to store claims against supply chain operations
Create communications with retail to understand supply chain process and evaluations

5. Food Safety

Aid in risk management of cross contamination and improper cold chain execution
Work together with Food Safety Department in order to improve food safety aspect in supply chain
Warehouse Master Data Maintenance
Ensure the process of maintain Warehouse Maintain Master Data of items
Ensure the process & monitor maintain Warehouse Layout
Ensure the process & monitor New item proposal

6. Build and manage team’s capability and opportunity of carrying out improvements in his/her department.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major
Min. 3 years of experience in related field especially maintain quality of fruits and vegetables. Must have training in product knowledge of fruits and vegetables
Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, PowerPoint
Proficient using a Warehouse Management System
Analytical skills for problem solving
Good Communication skill and Leadership skill
