Job Objective

  • Product Operation Support responsible to assists users ranging from data integrity and application in order to have a smooth operation from application side without any slight interruption, receive requests, identify root cause, and follow up technical issues on digital platform

  • JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • - Minimum D3 from any major
  • - Minimum 1 years of experience working as IT support/Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  • - Having experience as a Quality Assurance’s role will be advantage.
  • - Good knowledge in mobile applications in general or related to technologies.
  • - Well documented, good time management and have a good communications skill
  • - Willing to work in shift (especially weekend support)
  • - Proficient in MS Office having experiences working with project management tools such as Jira will be advantages.
  • - Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred.
