Job Objective

To deliver accurate, timely, and efficient employee lifecycle services and HR data management. This role ensures the integrity of employee data, provides administrative HR support, responds to employee inquiries, and contributes to the overall effectiveness and improvement of HR operations and reporting.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field

- Minimum 1 year experience in Human Resource operation, employee services, or related field

- Experience with data management and personnel operation with proficiency in using HRIS systems

- Strong in data management, employee data analysis, reporting skills, and validation process

- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of confidentiality and data accuracy

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
