Job Objective
Media Activation Section Head is responsible for selling advertising space or media both offline, online, in store and out from store including monetizing personalized Offering to customer starting from preparing proposal, presentation to convince Brand to spend their marketing fund in Super Indo, negotiation, creating contract and media placement execution. This position will actively seek opportunies to have other income from customer traffic in the stores and/or Super Indo’s online media.
Job Responsibilities
1. Concepting & Proposal Preparation
a. Close coordination with several department
- Buying: prices and placement.
- Category Management & Buying Analyst: coordinate related to data processing.
- Digital Media: Super Indo’s media advertisement.
- Business Format: coordinate regarding the policies or guidelines for media placement.
- Operation team: store’s media availability for advertisement.
b. Collecting media or space to have advertize in Super Indo.
c. Create proposal to sell the creative advertising space/ media to selected Brand or Marketing complete with the criteria and benefit.
2. Presentation
Make presentation to convince the Marketing/Brand to make advertising placement in Super Indo without impacting to their sales fund which manage by Buying team.
3. Negotiation
Negotiate the term, media/space location, duration, and tariff according her/his proxy to close the deal with prominent suppliers.
4. Contract Preparation
- Prepare the draft contract of agreement according to business issue and send to legal department before it send to the Brand.
- Signing the agreement according the proxy
5. Manage the Agreement
Monitoring placement period from installment and make sure the media/space back during dis-installment, create the OTI contract and follow up on due date payment and the tax.
6. Report
Create list of candidate Brand to propose, make reports on type of advertising media/space, installment/dis-installment period & sales value periodically.
7. Manage Relation with the Brand
- Create sales report impact to the media/space placement periodically. Relation built according Super Indo’s values with effective approach to create potential transaction which will be benefit to Super Indo.
- Arrange meeting and update data regarding to the potential market and advertisement opportunity in Super Indo for the Brand.
8. Manage the Media Activation teams performance by supervising tasks, encouraging the teams and deliver the problem solving.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or Master Degree (will be an advantage) majoring in Business Management or Public relation from reputable university with GPA min. 3,0
- Min. 2 years experience as account executive media agency or has category/retail buyer background.
- Good in computer application: Ms. Office, preferable proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Having organizational experience is preferable.
- Good in analytical & conceptual thinking.
- Has good communication esp. negotiation & presentation skill.
- Good in interpersonal skill.
