1. Take part in the tender process of new store project as part of the whole construction process.

2. Check and analyze the design drawing and give feedbacks to Store Design & QS Department during the tender process.

3. Monitor the hand over process of new store location from landlords after the dealing process is done

4. Analyzing the contractors’ service level and quality to have better control and coordination with the involved contractors.

5. Control and evaluate the project budget.

6. Monitor the progress of the project (time schedule plan, specification, environment).

7. Build and manage team’s capability and opportunity of carrying out improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or higher, with strong background in structure or comes from Civil Engineering / Architecture Engineering
• Fluent in English, proficient
• Strong analytical and systematical thinking
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience working as a project management, construction management consultant or contractor
• Good design skill, good ability to read technical drawing
• Thorough and precise detail check manner
• Possesses strong leadership
• Good negotiation skill
• Advance computer application: Microsoft Office application, AutoCAD, SAP, or ETABS (preferable)
