DC Dry Dispatching Senior Staff is responsible to organize and monitor Helper and report the team’s work result to superior. This position will ensure DC operational is running well according to the Work Instruction and Standard Operational Procedure (SOP).

Job Requirements

- Senior High School (SMU/SMK) graduate from any major

- Minimum 2 years of working experience, or 3 years in warehouse operations and retail

- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

- Solid understanding of loading area operations and mechanisms

- Proficient in computer use, especially Microsoft Office.

- Good communication and leadership abilities

- Willing to work in a shift system
