• Bachelor Degree (any major), minimum 1 years’ experience in buying, retail operations, or supply chain. Experience supporting geographically dispersed operations is an advantage
• Understanding of buying execution and supply flow
• Ability to analyze operational data and identify improvement opportunities
• Exposure to supplier coordination and basic negotiation processes
• Good understanding of store operations and local market dynamics
• Demonstrates sound judgment in handling operational issues with minimal supervision
• Shows learning agility and adaptability in new or unfamiliar environments
• Comfortable working with incomplete information and escalating risks appropriately
• Willingness to be developed for broader area coverage or more independent assignments over time
