• DC System Specialist oversees the administration and maintenance of the DC warehouse management system. This position act as the main point of contact on all WMS-related matters for the operation, interacting with internal and external clients on all levels to help resolve WMS related issues and provides answers in a timely manner. This includes tracking and documentation of user requests, engaging appropriate site/corporate/client resources to support the operation, and timely closing of support service requests. The role is also tasked with improving WMS through configurations and extracting data from systems to provide various reports to operational management.

Requirements

- University degree with any major, preferable in the areas of computer science.

- Freshgraduates are welcome

- Proficient in English (verbal and written).

- Experienced in warehouse and understand the process. Freshgraduate with internship experience in warehouse are welcome to apply.

- Experienced working on project for system building. Freshgraduate with internship experience in system building are welcome to apply.

- Preferably understand SQL language.

- Have a good communication skill.

- Able to work either remotely (from home) or at DC for any urgent support needed.
