Job Objective

Office & Facility Coordinator is responsible for coordinating office and facility operational support services to support smooth office operations through administration of company vehicles, driver coordination, workplace support services, office utilities monitoring, vendor coordination, and outsourced operational support while maintaining service quality and operational effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in General Affairs, Office Administration, Facility Support, or related operational functions management
  • Good understanding of office operational, workplace services, and building utilities.
  • Familiar with company vehicle and driver operational coordination.
  • Experience coordinating outsourced services.
  • Good coordination and vendor support management capability.
  • Strong analytical thinking and systematic problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in dynamic environments with tight schedules and minimum supervision.
  • Strong people leadership capability in coordinating drivers and outsourced support personnel, including task coordination, discipline monitoring, and daily operational direction.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to work collaboratively within teams and support multiple operational activities simultaneously.
  • Service-oriented mindset with good operational discipline and adaptability.
