• Strong knowledge of property, land, leasing, and commercial contract matters.
• Good understanding of land and building documentation and property transaction processes.
• Excellent contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical, legal research, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a practical and business-oriented approach.
• Good time management, prioritization, and project coordination skills.
