Job Objective

DC Dry Floor Supervisor is responsible for operational planning and control, which includes briefing with related team on progress update and dividing tasks, organizing staff performance, analyzing inbound and outbound process as basis to improve the SOP. This position is also responsible to actively develop the quality and performance of subordinates.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor Degree, preferably with Logistic & Warehousing background

- Fresh Graduates are welcome, experience in warehousing is an advantage

- Strong knowledge of warehouse management, logistics, distribution, and retail consumer goods business

- Familiar with WMoS program and proficient in Microsoft Office

- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, leadership, teamwork, and communication skills

- High initiative and eagerness to learn

- Willing to work with a shift system

- Placement: Distribution Center Cikarang
