Job Objective
- Set up and validate all in-store promotions in the system by D-2 before launch, ensuring accuracy of pricing, items, and alignment with approved plans.
- Coordinate with Buying, Marketing, and Operations to prevent overlap and ensure consistency across all channels and media.
- Monitor and manage in-store media exposure, including contract execution, documentation, and compliance.
- Liaise with Finance to ensure all promotion-related contracts and documents are properly submitted, tracked, and recorded.
- Maintain complete and audit-ready documentation, including promotion files and communication records.
- Prepare and update Trend Contribution Reports (actual vs. forecast) and monitor contract performance, coordinating with the Promotion team on media execution.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Administration or any related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG or retail, with hands-on exposure to promotion execution
- Strong understanding of Indonesia’s modern retail landscape, especially food retail
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written & spoken)
- Skilled in data reporting and analysis, with the ability to translate insights into actionable outcomes
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills with strong storytelling and presentation ability
- Detail-oriented with strong coordination skills across cross-functional teams
- Able to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
