Job Objective

Responsible for managing HR operational services and employee administration processes for assigned employee population to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant employee lifecycle support, employee data integrity, operational documentation, and responsive employee service delivery aligned with operational standards, governance requirements, and business operational needs.

Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum 1-2 year experience in HR Administration, HR Operations, Shared Services, or employee services support. Fresh graduate are welcome
- Understanding of operational administration and employee lifecycle processes
-  Good understanding in operational data and documentation management
- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Service-oriented with good business acumen
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Excel
- This position is temporary for 6 Months (PKWT)
- Placement: Jakarta
