IT Functional Specialist (Finance) is primarily responsible to bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, specifically in Finance, Accounting, & Tax area by meeting business requirement, ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, and analyzing process flows for improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field

Up to (max) 3 years' experience as a Functional Analyst

Experience in system implementation, process improvement, or project delivery

Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills

Customer-oriented with good communication skills

Able to work independently, collaboratively, and under pressure

Understanding of Finance, Tax, and Accounting systems

Proficient in SQL for data analysis and issue investigation

Knowledge of system documentation, use case diagrams, and database design

Experience leading projects and coordinating stakeholders
