Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree/Master Degree, preferably in Law or Industrial Engineering
- Experienced as HR Business Partner minimum 1-2 years
- Good knowledge of employment law
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Knowledge of computerized information systems used in human resources applications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
- Ability to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects
- Work requires a willingness to work a flexible schedule
