Requirements
- At least Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology from reputable university, preferably a Psychologist
- Certification in Assessment Center would be a preference.
- Min. 1 year experience in Human Resources (particularly in areas like assessment, talent management or recruitment is highly beneficial)
- Excellent English both verbal and written
- Familiarity with retail industry talent assessment standards is beneficial
- Strong understanding of various assessment tools and techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for build assessment reports, effectively interacting with stakeholders, and providing career counseling and assessment consultation.
- Able to build rapport, actively listen, and provide constructive feedback is crucial
- Able to assess employee needs and identify competency gaps is necessary
- Familiar with MS Office, familiar with online assessment platform is a plus
