Job Objective

Talent assessment specialist is responsible to facilitate the effectiveness and efficiency of comprehensive assessment for associates and prospective talent, to assess their skills, abilities, and potential fit for specific role, create assessment plan and assessment reports, implemented an administrative structure charged with coordinating the process. Talent Assessment Specialist provides guidance in the direction and scope of assessment as well as feedback on the assessment reports

Requirements

- At least Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology from reputable university, preferably a Psychologist

- Certification in Assessment Center would be a preference.

- Min. 1 year experience in Human Resources (particularly in areas like assessment, talent management or recruitment is highly beneficial)

- Excellent English both verbal and written

- Familiarity with retail industry talent assessment standards is beneficial

- Strong understanding of various assessment tools and techniques

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for build assessment reports, effectively interacting with stakeholders, and providing career counseling and assessment consultation.

- Able to build rapport, actively listen, and provide constructive feedback is crucial

- Able to assess employee needs and identify competency gaps is necessary

- Familiar with MS Office, familiar with online assessment platform is a plus
