Job Objective

  • Payroll Specialist is responsible for all activities of monthly payroll to ensure the salary transfer process and other benefit implementation goes well and accurate. This position responsible to control and execute all activities relating to employee tax matters and to ensure compliance with local government regulation. And also responsible for monthly report (all items salary) and reconcile all the payment in coordination with Finance.

Job Responsibilities

  • 1. Prepare items for processing payroll every month, such as overtime, spectacles, salary, incentive, etc.
  • 2. Ensure all reported relating to Accounting, BPJS, insurance, DPLK, etc.
  • 3. Report and consolidate the monthly payroll component balance to Finance and Accounting & Tax Dept.
  • 4. Process employee allowances in accordance with function, position, placement, loan and applicable regulations.
  • 5. Monitor and keep confidentiality the data base payroll in HR system to ensure any data changes are keeping updated.
  • 6. Monitor daily execution of HR system includes updating personnel record such as bank account, NPWP, salary data and termination. And ensure that all these records are secure to protect confidentiality at all times.
  • 7. Prepare BPV to Finance and process severance payment.


Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree from any major related. Tax Brevet as a added value
  • At least 2 years of working experience in Payroll/related field
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and accuracy
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Has good leadership and communication skills
  • Strong understanding on calculation logic
  • Has a good ability in MS Office (especially MS Excel-lookups, pivot and filter)
  • Able to create reports with both (graphs and analysis)
  • Familiar with ESPT Concept & Implementation
  • Knowledge of HR system as added value
